Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surendranagar for a Fitter. The Fitter will be responsible for assembling and fitting parts according to blueprints, ensuring all components meet specified standards. Daily tasks include inspecting parts for defects, using hand and power tools, and working closely with other team members to achieve production goals. The Fitter will also be responsible for routine maintenance of tools and equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience with assembling and fitting parts, using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices
• Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machinery
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Vocational training or certification in a related field is beneficial
