Location : Nagpur

Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

Experience : 5-8 Years

Salary : 2-3 LPA per month

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Developer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and data governance compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on Generative AI and NLP solutions.
  • Work on Agentic GenAI frameworks and integrate AI systems into production environments.
  • Implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data security, quality, and compliance.
  • Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize ML models for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, Product Managers) to deliver AI-driven business solutions.
  • Develop containerized AI/ML solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Leverage Azure cloud services for scalable model deployment and management.
  • Build and maintain APIs, pipelines, and workflows for AI/ML systems.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in model development.

Key Skills :

  • Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
  • Expertise in Generative AI, Agentic GenAI frameworks, and NLP techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI/ML services and cloud-based model deployment.
  • Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database management.
  • Experience in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to scalability and performance.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
