ob Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh and soft Kerala-style porottas in bulk with consistency.
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness during food preparation.
- Maintain speed and efficiency during peak hours.
- Assist in kitchen duties when required.
- Follow restaurant recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of raw materials.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Porotta Master or Tandoor/Paratha Chef.
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation, kneading, and porotta making.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene.
