Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate located in Bengaluru. The Financial Planning & Analysis Associate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Day-to-day tasks include financial modeling, analyzing financial performance, preparing reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. The role will require close collaboration with other departments to optimize financial processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Financial Modeling, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
  • Strong Analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools, including MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–5 years of experience
