Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Advisor to join our team in Pune. As a fresher-level position, this full-time role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 1 year of work experience. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base through strategic lead generation and foster strong customer relationships. This role requires knowledge in insurance sales and cross-selling techniques to drive business growth.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in cold calling to engage potential clients and generate business leads effectively.
  • Strong capability in lead generation with the ability to identify potential customers and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Experience in customer relationship management to maintain and strengthen client engagement and satisfaction.

  • Skilled in cross-selling techniques to offer complementary products and enhance customer value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build robust working relationships with diverse clientele.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective clients and initiate first contact through cold calling and follow up on leads.
  • Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to match those requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all insurance products and policies to inform and educate clients effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships while striving to exceed their expectations and ensure client retention.
  • Achieve sales targets by strategically positioning insurance offerings and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to align sales strategies with business goals and enhance overall performance.
  • Keep comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions, reporting on activity and trends to senior management.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated with industry developments to continuously improve sales techniques.
