Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Public Health Program Manager located in Delhi, India. As our foundational Program Manager, you will be the operational architect and on-ground leader of our flagship "Four Village" proof-of-concept trial. This is a high-intensity project designed to implement our integrated health model, generate publishable, award-winning data, and create a replicable blueprint for national expansion.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building systems from the ground up, leading teams in the field, and translating a bold strategy into flawless execution. You will be directly responsible for the success of a project that aims to redefine rural healthcare delivery in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, budgeting, and execution of the "Four Village" health pilot in Delhi-NCR ensuring all timelines and strategic goals are met.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor a field team of Regional Coordinators.
- Oversee all on-ground logistics, including mobile clinic schedules, supply chain management for medical consumables, and equipment deployment.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison with our network of partners.
- Manage the project budget, track expenditures, and work with the M&E Lead to report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as referral completion rates and time-to-care.
- Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all field activities, from patient consent and data collection to clinical screening and referral protocols.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Public Health (
MPH
), Doctor of Medicine
(
MD
) in
Community Medicine
, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (
MBBS)
,
Social Work (MSW), Rural Management, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in project or program management within the public health, international development, or social impact sector.
- Direct experience working in rural or low-resource community settings in India.

Demonstrated expertise in project management (timelines, budgets, logistics), operational planning, and developing/implementing SOPs. Proven ability in team supervision and performance management. - Soft Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders from village leaders to doctors.
