Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Placements team to ensure successful student career outcomes by Supervising and mentor ing a team of placement coordinators and client acquisition professionals to meet placement targets.
  • Organize and monitor placements; conduct regular corporate visits to track student progress and address issues promptly.
  • Build, update, and maintain a strong database of employer and industry connections across IT, BFSI, Consulting, and other sectors.
  • Handle placement correspondence and corporate communication effectively via email, phone, and professional networks.
  • Devise strategies to engage with corporates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking platforms, and direct outreach.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with HR leaders and business heads of target companies.
  • Match student skillsets with corporate hiring needs, ensuring optimal fit for both candidates and employers.
  • Oversee placement operations including interview scheduling, pre-placement training, workshops, and corporate networking events.
  • Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling, ensuring they are placement-ready.
  • Plan and execute career fairs, industry connect sessions, and employer branding events.
  • Track placement metrics, analyze data, and present insights to management for continuous process improvement.
  • Collect structured feedback from students, alumni, faculty, and industry partners to refine the placement strategy
