- Experience in QAD Implementation
- Must be able to talk Chinese as well as English
- Work and Support on Complex Technical requirements.
- Able to build simple solution around standard QAD.
- Participate in Technical peer reviews and Integration Testing.
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports read out for small size projects.
- Contribute towards QAD Tools building.
- Basic Awareness about Production Orders, Automation Solutions and MSW/PSW.
- Knowledge of EDI, QXTEND, QRF & ICT.
- Mentor junior team member and provide feedback.

- Expertise on QAD AUX functionality [Operations, EE Financials & EAM]
- Expertise on Adaptive Programming fresh development, enhancements and troubleshooting
- Expertise on Action Center and KPIs development
- Expertise on developing complex QRF & Browses fresh development, enhancements and troubleshooting
- Expertise on QXTEND Inbound & Outbound fresh development, enhancements and troubleshooting
- Expertise on data upload using tools like Excelerator
- Experience on Bolt On Modules like EDI or EQMS or DSCP or GTTE
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience on earlier versions of QAD like 9.0, be, eB2, eB2.1
- Experience on earlier versions of QAD functionality like Distribution, Manufacturing & Financials
- Experience on fresh BOOMI Integration development and troubleshooting logs for interfacing issues
- Experience on fresh development of APIs for integration with third-party applications [Inbound as well as Outbound].
- Experience with Power Apps, Power BI; etc
- Knowledge of ITSM and ITSM tools
