Senior Interior Designer

1) Should have at least 2-7 years of experience in designing in the interior field using 2D AutoCad detailing, Sketch-UP, Photoshop, Lighting, Texturing, Detailing, Modeling, Microsoft Office etc.

2) Should be innovative and creative in interior design and able to meet all customer expectations and queries.

3) Should be good in Presales, customer presentation and communication skills.

4) Should be able to handle all types of queries from customers related to all interior design concepts and close all designs with approvals from customers in time.

5) Should be able to guide or mentor other team members regarding Home interior designs and architecture.

6) Should be smart, confident, hardworking, dynamic and have a good professional attitude.

7) Should have good technical knowledge about all materials, modular standards measurements and finishings related to interior work.

8) Should be prompt in completing good quality design concepts within less time and able to meet all customers' expectations with new creative ideas and need to work on how to improve the productivity of design activities.

9) Should be a good team player and lead the design team. Assign\track all design activities within the team on a regular basis.

1. As a Design Manager you need to handle a complete design department for day to day activities, design review, customer escalations, in-time design completion, in-time push to production, quality deliverable, all processes to be followed, all communications should be in formal email communications, weekly status meetings, daily reports\meetings, Presales closer, planning, etc.

2. Ensure you will be completing all your assignments or your given target by company in time and ensure your team members also follow the same.

3. Ensure you meet all customer expectations always in terms of design as per our company policy with zero defects and customers' positive feedback for all projects.

4. Need to handle all queries from customers related to their interior design and executions related work and close them in time\ proactively before handover the projects.

5. Need to interact with the design team, rendering team, production team, sales team, and execution team related to any design and execution related work to be done for any customers.

6. Need to ensure all processes are followed as per company's rules related to interior design work and involve in preparing better processes to achieve better performance workflow.

7. Need to be involved in preparing BOQ and quotations for all projects during design phase and negotiate with customers till finalizing the quotation and publishing the final quotation with customers approvals.

8. Need to be involved in preparing all process related documents for the design department to ensure all documents are in place related to clients' presentations like catalog/ libraries in terms colors, material selections, finishes, product modeling, accessories, appliances, cost details etc.

9. Need to ensure zero reviews or mistakes after your design reviews for any projects.

10. Need to arrange training for the design department every month related to any new product knowledge, anything related to new design technologies, new processes, new vendors in the market, etc.
