Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: West Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create engaging and relevant content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and timely responses to audience interactions (DMs, comments, queries).
  • Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and industry practices.
  • Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
  • Engage with influencers, collaborators, and online communities to grow brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads, YouTube Adwords and Instagram Ads.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
