Job Description: Networking Trainer (CCNA, CCNP, Cybersecurity & AWS)Experience Required

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in networking, system administration, or IT training.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco certifications (CCNA & CCNP).
  • Additional expertise in Cybersecurity and AWS Cloud is highly preferred.
  • Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery: Conduct interactive sessions on Networking fundamentals, CCNA, CCNP, Cybersecurity, and AWS Cloud.
  • Multi-Skill Teaching: Must be interested in learning and teaching multiple skills beyond networking to provide students with a holistic IT education.
  • Curriculum Development: Design, update, and improve training modules to align with industry standards and certification requirements.
  • Student Engagement: Handle student queries patiently, explain complex concepts clearly, and ensure smooth learning experiences.
  • Practical Exposure: Provide hands-on labs, simulations, and real-world case studies for networking and cloud environments.
  • Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects; provide constructive feedback.
  • Technology Updates: Stay updated with the latest networking protocols, cybersecurity practices, and cloud technologies.
  • Collaboration: Work with counselors and the academic team to improve student outcomes and increase course effectiveness.

Skills Required

  • Strong expertise in:
  • Networking: CCNA, CCNP (Routing, Switching, Security)
  • Cybersecurity: Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, Ethical Hacking basics
  • Cloud: AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Cloud Networking)
  • Tools: Packet Tracer, GNS3, Wireshark, AWS Console
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners.
  • Patience, empathy, and a student-first approach.

Performance & Incentives

  • Incentives will be processed based on student success rates, feedback scores, and batch completion targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
