Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Garment Merchandiser based in Jaipur. The Garment Merchandiser will oversee all stages of the garment production process, manage relationships with customers, and coordinate with suppliers and production teams. Responsibilities include ensuring timely order processing, maintaining quality control, negotiating prices, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to align with client needs and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client and team collaboration
  • Knowledge and experience in Sales and Retail operations in the garment or fashion industry
  • Understanding of Marketing strategies relevant to the garment industry
  • Ability to manage timelines, multitask, and ensure attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in garment production or merchandising is preferred
