About the Role

As a Product Manager you'll be responsible for driving product initiatives that improve the user experience for students, tutors, and institutions on the platform. You'll work closely with engineering, design, growth, and operations teams to conceptualize, prioritize, and launch impactful features that move key business metrics. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in an environment where speed, ownership, and problem-solving define success.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle — from problem discovery to launch and post-launch analytics.
  • Work closely with stakeholders (Tutors, Students, Sales, Ops, Engineering) to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Translate user insights and business goals into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with design and tech teams to deliver simple, intuitive, and scalable experiences.
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on data, feedback, and strategic goals.
  • Define success metrics and constantly evaluate performance to drive adoption and retention.
  • Benchmark industry trends and competitor products in the e-learning and marketplace space.
  • Contribute to product roadmap planning and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Skills/Experience Requirements

  • 1–3 years of product management experience in a leading Indian e-commerce or tech startup.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with user research, A/B testing, and product analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and product development cycles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven record of owning and delivering measurable product improvements.
  • Passion for education, marketplaces, and technology-driven problem solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
