Job Overview

We are seeking a fresher for the Collection Cum Marketing role at Margadarsi Chit Fund Pvt Ltd. This full-time position is ideal for candidates looking for opportunities in Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Salem, Erode, Karur, Tiruchirappalli, and Madurai. Candidates should possess a positive attitude and the ability to build strong customer relationships. This entry-level role requires candidates with zero to one year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess strong customer relationship management skills to effectively interact and maintain relationships with clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in debt recovery strategies is essential to efficiently manage and recover outstanding debts (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory to effectively convey information (Mandatory skill).
  • An understanding of account management principles to help in the effective handling of customers' financial accounts.
  • Ability to perform data analysis to interpret data and provide insights for better decision-making.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing techniques to promote and enhance the company's outreach and engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of financial services and relevant regulations to ensure compliance and customer trust.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to enhance relationships and provide comprehensive support for their financial needs.
  • Execute effective collection strategies to ensure timely recovery of dues in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for customer engagement and brand promotion.
  • Perform regular account reviews to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information is maintained for all clients.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products.
  • Manage social media platforms to engage audiences and improve brand awareness through targeted campaigns.
  • Report regularly on collection and marketing activities to senior management, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies to protect customer interests and maintain company reputation.
