Key Responsibilities:Hardware & System Management

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, biometric devices, and other IT hardware.
  • Perform regular system upgrades, patch updates, and preventive maintenance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures, performance issues, and peripheral device problems.
  • Manage IT asset inventory, tagging, and documentation.

Network & Connectivity

  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network cabling.
  • Monitor network performance and coordinate with ISP for downtime or connectivity issues.
  • Ensure secure and stable internet access for coworking members and internal staff.

User Support & Operations

  • Provide on-site technical support for coworking members and resolve IT-related queries promptly.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients with workstation setups (internet, hardware, printer access, etc.).
  • Support meeting room IT setups including audio-video equipment, display screens, and conferencing systems.

Security & Compliance

  • Assist in implementing IT security protocols, antivirus updates, and data protection guidelines.
  • Monitor access controls, CCTV systems, and downtime logs.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of IT assets, service logs, maintenance schedules, and vendor details.
  • Prepare daily/weekly IT performance reports and escalate issues when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as IT Hardware Engineer/Desktop Support Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, hardware troubleshooting, and cabling.
  • Familiarity with Wi-Fi routers, switches, firewalls, and basic server knowledge.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced coworking environment.
