Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist with 2–3 years of clinical experience to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with physical impairments, injuries, or movement disorders. The ideal candidate will work closely with doctors and healthcare teams to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patients' physical conditions through examinations and medical history review
Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans
Provide therapy for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
Use manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy modalities
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and ethical practices
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Supervise junior staff or physiotherapy assistants when required
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
Valid registration/license with relevant physiotherapy council
2–3 years of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting
Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, anatomy, and rehabilitation protocols
Excellent communication and patient-handling skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Preferred Skills
Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or sports physiotherapy
Familiarity with modern physiotherapy equipment and modalities
Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
