Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer with 1–2 years of professional experience in MERN stack development, complemented by hands-on expertise in NestJS for backend services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives under deadlines, and has a strong understanding of building secure, scalable applications following SOLID principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, , , , and NestJS.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
  • Implement SOLID principles and clean code best practices.
  • Write and maintain unit & integration test cases to ensure reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Security) to deliver features on time.
  • Debug, optimize, and document code, ensuring compliance with fintech security standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
  • Maintain a strong focus on deadlines and deliverables without compromising code quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ).
  • Practical experience with NestJS as a backend framework.
  • Good understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Strong grasp of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
  • Experience in writing test cases (Jest/Mocha/Chai or similar frameworks).
  • Familiarity with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to fintech, payments, or secure transaction systems.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript and backend architecture patterns.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
  • Basic understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
