Responsibilities:

  • Align production schedules with HO sourcing, update on progress, delays, or issues.
  • Oversee PM inward: verify quantity, quality, documentation against PO/specs.
  • Generate and share GRNs within 24 hrs of receipt: report shortages or QC rejections.
  • Maintain inward register with supplier details, lot numbers, expiry, and balance.
  • Track daily FG output and coordinate QC, packaging, and readiness for dispatch.
  • Plan dispatches with logistics; supervise loading/unloading & maintain challans.
  • Monitor RM/PM consumption vs plan; prevent stockouts through timely alerts.
  • Submit daily MIS covering production, GRN, inventory & amp; dispatch summary.
  • Maintain all documentation and escalate production or quality deviations quickly.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of GRN, inward, and dispatch processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel/ERP for inventory and production tracking.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and reliable.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry
