Responsibilities:
- Align production schedules with HO sourcing, update on progress, delays, or issues.
- Oversee PM inward: verify quantity, quality, documentation against PO/specs.
- Generate and share GRNs within 24 hrs of receipt: report shortages or QC rejections.
- Maintain inward register with supplier details, lot numbers, expiry, and balance.
- Track daily FG output and coordinate QC, packaging, and readiness for dispatch.
- Plan dispatches with logistics; supervise loading/unloading & maintain challans.
- Monitor RM/PM consumption vs plan; prevent stockouts through timely alerts.
- Submit daily MIS covering production, GRN, inventory & amp; dispatch summary.
- Maintain all documentation and escalate production or quality deviations quickly.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of GRN, inward, and dispatch processes.
- Proficiency in Excel/ERP for inventory and production tracking.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and reliable.
Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry
