We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and creatively sharp
Graphic Designer
to join our marketing agency and work exclusively on our
Royal Challengers Bengaluru account
. If you have
a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sports Graphic Designer
, a strong portfolio that reflects your understanding of sports culture, and the ability to translate high energy moments into compelling visuals, this role is the right fit for you.

As a Graphic Designer, you will create visually engaging graphics, match the fast paced environment of sports content, and ensure every design aligns with the team's brand identity and our agency's creative standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high impact graphics for RCB's social media, digital campaigns, matchday content, player spotlights, fan engagement posts, and other culture centric creatives.
  • Maintain consistency with Royal Challengers Bengaluru's visual identity and ensure all designs reflect current sports culture and trends.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal teams to develop strong visual concepts for RCB related projects.
  • Work in a fast paced environment, delivering timely creatives that align with match schedules, team updates, and trending moments.
  • Support multiple ongoing design requirements while ensuring accuracy, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Stay updated with sports design trends, fan expectations, and visual formats used across major sports leagues and globally recognized teams.
  • Produce work that aligns with
    international design standards
    , keeping in mind RCB's global fan base and international recognition.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience as a Sports Graphic Designer
    , specifically creating content for sports teams, leagues or tournaments.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Adobe Photoshop
    (mandatory)
    and Illustrator(

not mandatory)
- Ability to create high quality, fast turnaround graphics that match the pace of matchdays, team updates, and real time sports moments.
- Deep understanding of
sports culture, fan sentiment, and visual storytelling in the sports ecosystem
.
- Ability to match or exceed
international design standards
, keeping RCB's global fan base and recognition in mind.
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, colour, branding, and design principles.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and maintain consistency across high volume creative output.
- Familiarity with
new age AI tools
for design.
- Excellent collaboration skills, especially when working with fast moving marketing and content teams.
- Proficiency in oral communication in either English, Hindi, or Kannada, and written communication skills in English.
