Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain patient records and update the database accurately.
  • Handle front desk administrative tasks, including billing and basic documentation.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for smooth clinic operations.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professional at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software).
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
