Your Role

As a Python Automation Lead, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing automation frameworks and infrastructure solutions across cloud environments. You'll work closely with engineering, DevOps, and QA teams to build scalable systems and ensure robust automation across the software development lifecycle.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop automation scripts and frameworks using Python, Shell scripting, or Groovy.
  • Work with Python test frameworks such as Pytest, Lettuce, and Doctest.
  • Design and manage infrastructure using Kubernetes, OpenStack, and other cloud-native platforms.
  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kolla Ansible.
  • Integrate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, and Karate.
  • Monitor systems using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
  • Work across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and QA best practices throughout the SDLC.

Your Profile

  • 8–12 years of experience in automation and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in Shell scripting or Groovy.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenStack.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD and API testing tools.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure setups.
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices and software quality assurance.
