Job Title: Senior Staff SDET Engineer
Educational Requirements:

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience:

• 10 to 15 years of experience in software testing and automation.
• At least 7 years of strong experience in automation.
• 5+ years of experience leading an automation team.

Technical Requirements:

• Comprehensive understanding of the Software Product Development Life Cycle.
• Strong experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks using open-source tools like TestNG, Selenium, and Appium.
• Proven experience in leading automation engineers.
• Experience in CI/CD.
• Proficiency in REST API testing.
• Proficiency in writing test cases, defect logging, and test reporting.
• Experience with SQL.
• Expertise in Selenium, TestNG, and Java.
• Experience working in Unix environments (preferred).
• Understanding of cloud-hosted applications (advantageous).
• Experience in performance testing (advantageous).
• Experience in mobile automation (advantageous).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly understand the requirements and specifications of the product.
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases; automate these test cases.
• Lead the automation team.
• Integrate and maintain automation scripts in CI/CD.
• Conduct functional, integration, and system testing.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to enhance product quality.
• Generate and analyze test metrics to guide quality improvements.
