Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Engineer located in Pune. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and optimizing data workflows. The role involves working closely with data analysts and data scientists to understand data needs and collaborating with various teams to integrate data from different sources. The Data Engineer will also be involved in cloud migrations and ensuring data security measures are in place.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Strong SQL and NoSQL database management skills
  • Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
  • Understanding of data governance and data security practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the analytics industry is a plus
