Job Title: Software Development Engineer 2 (SDE-2)

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 5–7 years

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled SDE-2 to join our client in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java, microservices, and modern frameworks, along with a proven ability to solve complex coding challenges and contribute to high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Core Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
  • Work on multithreaded systems ensuring performance and reliability
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs for enterprise applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
  • Apply best practices for code quality, testing, and version control
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Core Java and Advanced Java
  • Expertise in multithreading and concurrent programming
  • Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot frameworks
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture
  • Ability to solve coding and algorithmic problems

Additional Skills

  • Experience with REST API development
  • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of Git or other version control systems
