Responsibilities:
• Consults with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
• Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.
• Creating a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, and Client Hiring manager contacts.
• Managing complete cycle of Bench sales.
• Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
Qualifications: Eligible Degree & Branches: Any Graduation (Non-CS/IT Branches )
Eligibility Criteria: 55% Throughout (10th, 12th and Graduation)

Job Type: Full Time (Night Shift- 6:00pm to 2:30am IST)
Working Days: Monday - Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
