Laundry Executive

1. Laundry Operations Management

• Supervise daily laundry activities including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and distribution.
• Ensure timely processing of guest laundry, resort linen, and staff uniforms.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and fabric care.

2. Team Supervision

• Lead, train, and coordinate laundry staff for smooth workflow.
• Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and monitor performance.
• Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to housekeeping and safety standards.

3. Quality Control

• Inspect linen and uniforms for stains, tears, and overall quality.
• Ensure proper stain removal techniques and fabric-specific washing procedures.
• Maintain quality output and minimal rewash ratio.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels of linen, detergents, chemicals, and supplies.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping for linen requirements and replacements.
• Maintain records of linen movement, discard lists, and consumption reports.

5. Equipment Maintenance

• Ensure laundry machines, dryers, presses, and steam irons are in good working condition.
• Report breakdowns to Engineering and follow up for repairs.
• Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance of equipment.

6. Guest Service

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of guest laundry.
• Support VIP laundry requests with priority handling.
• Maintain courteous communication with guests and staff.

7. Standards & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Follow SOPs for chemical handling, machine safety, and emergency protocols.
• Implement eco-friendly laundry practices where possible.

8. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments for laundry requirements.
• Prepare daily reports, linen usage summaries, and staff productivity logs.
• Assist in budget planning for laundry operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28, ₹32,000.00 per month
