One of our prestigious clients in the BFSI industry is seeking a Frontend Tech Lead to architect and drive the development of a high-performance, customer-centric WealthTech portal. You will define design systems, lead frontend architecture, ensure secure API integrations via Kong, and mentor engineers—delivering scalable, secure, and accessible digital experiences for wealth management customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the frontend architecture using React, , and TypeScript
  • Build and scale reusable UI components & design systems (Tailwind + Storybook)
  • Oversee Kong-based API integrations, client-side authentication, and session management
  • Drive performance optimization, security compliance, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and SEO best practices
  • Collaborate with mobile, backend, product, and design teams for seamless UX and shared APIs
  • Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, and delivery planning
  • Establish and maintain reusable libraries at the organization level

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of hands-on frontend engineering experience
  • Strong expertise in , React Query, Tailwind CSS, and the React ecosystem
  • Proven experience building secure, performant, and accessible web apps
  • Solid understanding of API integration and gateway architectures (Kong or similar)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Vercel, GitHub Actions), analytics tools, and test automation
  • Experience with Webpack and deploying Micro front-ends using
