Position: Salesforce Deployment Engineer

Duration: Fulltime Position / Contract

Type of Work: Remote - Offshore

Company Location: Bengaluru. Karnataka

Work Hours: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST (India Standard Time)

DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Deployment Engineer / Developer
who can lead deployment activities for a large, multi-project team, coordinate with client stakeholders, and ensure high-quality, secure Salesforce application delivery. This role will own end-to-end deployment processes, enforce coding and security standards, and oversee application security scans using tools like
Veracode
. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce development, deployment automation using Azure DevOps, and best practices in code quality and application security

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years
    of
    Salesforce development experience
    (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs).
  • Proven experience in leading Salesforce deployments for enterprise-scale projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (similar tools) for CI/CD pipelines, build, and release management.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, configuration, and packaging.
  • Experience with static code analysis tools (Salesforce Code Analyzer).
  • Integrate and manage application security scans using Veracode
    /
    IBM Appscan, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Salesforce DevOps Center experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices in Salesforce.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to large-scale, multi-org Salesforce implementations.
