Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an F&B Steward located in New Delhi. The F&B Steward will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional food service experience for customers, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and presenting food in an appealing and professional manner. The role involves assisting with food preparation, serving food and beverages, addressing customer needs, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the food service area. Candidates will be expected to work collaboratively with the team to ensure overall customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Food Service and Food & Beverage standards
• Customer Service skills, including the ability to anticipate and meet customer needs professionally
• Effective Communication skills for clear and courteous interactions with customers and team members
• Culinary Skills or experience in preparing and presenting food
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygienic food handling practices
• Teamwork skills and a collaborative approach to achieving operational goals
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in food safety or hospitality is a plus
• Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is beneficial
