Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design ethnic collections such as lehengas, sarees, shararas, gowns, and fusion wear
  • Research fashion trends and forecast upcoming styles
  • Develop creative concepts, color palettes, embroidery patterns, and fabric stories
  • Coordinate with sketching, mockup, and production teams for sampling and execution
  • Conduct quality checks and give inputs in styling and finishing
  • Ensure timely development of seasonal collections aligned with brand identity

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in womens ethnic wear
  • Strong portfolio of original designs
  • Excellent understanding of Indian embroidery techniques, fabrics, and traditional silhouettes
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Photoshop
  • Degree/diploma in Fashion Design from a recognized institute
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about fashion
