Product Manager. About the RoleAs a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving strategy, innovation, and execution for our AI products. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, and marketers to develop and execute strategies that deliver customer-centric solutions, unlock new value, and accelerate our growth while maintaining technical excellence and responsible AI standards.You will be owning the end-to-end product vision, user experience, feature roadmap, helping guide our research + model quality direction, and collaborating with domain experts, business stakeholders, and go-to-market teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a product strategy focused on scalable AI innovation, measurable business impact, and user value Lead the ideation, development, and launch of features that drive growth across our product suiteAnalyze product metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities and optimize performanceCollaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact initiativesLead the product strategy for AI-driven solutions in your field, by creating a cohesive roadmap for key use cases and product prioritiesConduct user research to understand customer needs and pain pointsDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth initiativesKeep up to date with the latest advancements in AI infrastructure, models and applications and what it means for WNS Products and Services.About you – Skills & Experience:Have 10+ years of relevant product management experience.Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision makingObtained a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related fieldProven experience in strategizing and leading ideation and inception workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to define product vision, uncover user needs, and shape product roadmaps.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical advancements with great simplicityEnjoy building 0-1 products from the ground upShowcase strong leadership, organizational, and execution skillsEnjoy working on both UX and model quality in an integrated fashionHave proven experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide the teamAbility to build clear visions and strategies of how model advancements can be turned into incredible product features. Previous experience working on ML/AI productsExperience with SaaS or B2C products is a plus
