  • Operate Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines as per production requirements.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, job orders, and specifications.
  • Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.
  • Perform CNC programming edits (Fanuc / Siemens / other controls) if required.
  • Ensure machine offsets and tool wear compensation are adjusted correctly.
  • Monitor machining operations to maintain quality and accuracy.
  • Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge, CMM, etc.)
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance of machines and tools.
  • Maintain proper records of daily production and report to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to safety standards and quality norms of the company.

Key Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of VMC machine operation & tooling.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
  • Understanding of CNC programming basics (G-code, M-code).
  • Hands-on experience with measuring instruments.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
