Medical Oncology Application Analyst

Tech Mahindra Hiring Medical Oncology Application Analyst

EXPERIENCE: 4 to 12yrs

Shift: 3:30pm to 12:30am / 5.30pm to 2.30am / 6.30pm to 3.30am

Work Model : Hybrid (12 days in a month)

Please find below JD details-

1. 2-5 years of healthcare IT experience supporting Clinical and Healthcare related applications.

2. Good application knowledge and experience to manage and support a suite of 3rd party healthcare applications: AMS QS/1, Aria MO, Aria MO Boca, Equicare Patient Portal, IQUEUE LCI- Oncology, iQueue MCI, LK Transfer, LynxMobile, MediSpan MO BOCA, Progeny Genetics, , Xmedius MO Boca

3. Oncology workflow knowledge required and ability to run medication updates in Aria.

4. Familiar with Aria RO, including treatment planning systems.

5. Familiar with Aria MO, including medication ordering and dosing.

6. Familiar with Varian products and other ancillary products that interface with Aria.

7. Experience with Procedure Code Libraries and treatment planning systems.

8. Experience in the ticketing and Incident Management system ServiceNow and familiar with ITIL processes.

9. Experience in troubleshooting application Incidents and Service Requests, ensuring timely resolution per SLA.

10. Experience in supporting user access provisioning, role configurations and workflow setup.

11. Knowledge of HL7, creating build, monitoring interfaces, product configurations, and provisioning.

12. Good understanding of servers, including physical, virtual and Citrix and supporting application updates.

13. Coordinate software upgrades, patches and configuration changes with vendors and internal teams.

14. Work closely with application vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

15. Able to interpret and implement regulatory updates across the applications.

16. Excellent communication and consulting skills and ability to troubleshoot and work independently.

17. Experience in configuring the application in scope and solve production/upgrade/change issues.

18. Facilitate and assist with multiple teams during technical and major incident bridge calls to identify, troubleshoot issues and seek toward resolutions.

19. Obtain information from customers and conduct meetings with vendors to facilitate patches, fixes, and application update request.

20. Having the ability to independently conduct meetings and work sessions with customers, vendors, etc.

21. Be able to work with physical or virtual servers, databases, and update certificates.

22. Must be willing to work in US business hours of operation 8am-5pm EST and follow US client calendar.

23. Must be willing to take On-Call rotations.
