Helper for Sushi Chef

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sushi Chef Assistant to support our head chef in crafting exceptional sushi experiences. This role is ideal for someone who values tradition, precision, and the quiet rhythm of culinary artistry. Whether you're prepping ingredients, maintaining hygiene, or learning the nuances of sushi-making, your presence will help elevate every plate and every guest's experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing sushi ingredients: slicing fish, washing rice, chopping vegetables
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen
• Support the chef during service: plating, garnishing, and timely handovers
• Learn and respect traditional sushi techniques while adapting to the chef's style
• Occasionally interact with guests, explaining dishes or offering recommendations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or food prep role (sushi experience is a plus, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
