We are looking for a passionate Member Technical Staff with 2–4 years of experience in Java, React, Angular, Flutter, and workflow automation tools. The candidate will work on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications across the full stack, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Role and Responsibilities 

Essential roles, responsibilities and activities in this position: 

• Develop and maintain Java-based back-end services using Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Build dynamic front-end applications using React and Angular.
• Develop cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.
• Design and manage databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Configure and integrate workflow engines (e.g., Camunda, Activiti, JBPM) for process automation.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

MCA / B. Tech. 

Industrial Experience 

2-4 Years of experience in Software development 

Primary Skills 

• 2 years of experience in full-stack development with Java.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
• Hands-on experience with React and Angular for front-end development.
• Experience in Flutter for mobile app development.
• Knowledge of workflow engines (Camunda, Activiti, JBPM) and BPMN 2.0.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and build tools (Maven/Gradle)

Preffered Skills

• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization.
• Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsible for improving or developing new products, components, equipment, systems, technologies, or processes including:

• Ensuring that research and design methodologies meet established scientific and engineering standards
• Assisting with formulating business plans and budgets for product development
• Analyzing quality/safety test results to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
• Keeping abreast of new developments in the industry and translating those developments into new and viable options for the organization and customers
• Organizing technical presentations to customers and/or industry groups
• Monitoring product development outcomes to ensure technical, functional, cost, and timing targets are met In some organizations, may be responsible for managing product regulatory approval process
