Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructor located in Perintalmanna. The Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering educational content, conducting training sessions, evaluating student progress, and providing support and guidance to students. The Instructor will also be responsible for developing curriculum, preparing lesson plans, and ensuring that the educational needs of students are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong teaching and instructional skills
  • BSc MLT/MSc MLT with atleast one year of Experience
  • Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Relevant industry experience and knowledge
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, or related field; advanced degree preferred
