Role Definition
Assists in developing, testing and implementing application systems.

Responsibilities

•    Participates in developing, coding and testing computer programs for relatively straightforward or small projects.

•    Assist in preparing technical and procedural documentation required in application system development.

•    Provide detailed flowcharts to show processing logic for simple application programs.

•    Contribute solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.

Degree Requirement
Degree or equivalent experience desired (Engineering Degree with relevant experience in IT/computer science preferred)

Technical & Platform Skills
Automation Anywhere Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Automation Anywhere v11, A2019, or the latest AA360 platform. 
Bot Development: Hands-on experience creating both attended and unattended bots, including control room operations, bot deployment, and scheduling. 
API & Database Knowledge: Familiarity with developing and consuming APIs, as well as basic SQL for data handling and log analysis. 
Scripting Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or VBScript for advanced automation tasks. 
Advanced Technologies: Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) is increasingly valued. 

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Logical Thinking: Ability to conceptualize business processes and translate them into efficient, automated solutions. 
Troubleshooting: Strong skills in debugging, identifying issues in bot performance, and implementing solutions to ensure reliability. 
Testing: Proficiency in conducting thorough testing of automated processes to ensure accuracy and functionality. 
Process Analysis: Understanding of business process management to identify areas ripe for automation and design effective workflows. 

Soft & Project Management Skills
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with business analysts and present technical details to non-technical stakeholders. 
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments. 
Project Management: Strong time management skills to deliver automation solutions within established deadlines. 
Documentation: Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated processes. 
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to diagnose complex issues and devise effective solutions.
