Responsibilities:

  1. Researching current fashion trends and determining what consumers will like

  2. Conduct research on emerging trends of shapes, colours and designs.

  3. To visit fairs, markets, workshop and mills for primary and secondary research/skills upgradation.

  4. To create sketches/designs and to help to develop new products in accordance with brand guidelines and market trends.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including buying, marketing and product development team to ensure design integrity.

  6. Review and evaluate products for style and fitting during demonstrations.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in garment designing.

  2. Proficiency in SAP, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Techpack and Microsoft Office.

  3. Bachelor's or master's degree in design or related field.

  4. Strong communication and organizational skills.

  5. Sharp and creative mind for innovative ideas.

  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
