Job Description

Motor Mechanic Vehicle is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining cars, trucks, and other motor vehicles. They diagnose mechanical issues, replace faulty parts, and ensure optimal vehicle performance. Motor mechanics also perform routine servicing, oil changes, brake checks, and engine tuning. They work in garages, workshops, or service centers, using modern diagnostic tools to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability of all vehicle systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.
  • Perform regular vehicle maintenance including oil changes and filter replacement.
  • Repair or replace faulty vehicle components and worn-out parts.
  • Inspect brakes, steering, and suspension systems for proper function.
  • Test drive vehicles to ensure repairs meet safety and performance standards.
  • Maintain detailed service records for all vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Communicate repair needs and cost estimates clearly to vehicle owners.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental repair regulations and standards.
Skill & Experience
  • Strong knowledge of automobile systems, engines, and repair techniques.
  • Ability to use mechanical tools, diagnostic machines, and repair equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking for technical faults.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills for effective service delivery.
  • Attention to detail and precision in repair and inspection work.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple repair tasks efficiently.
