Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive

Position Title: Digital Marketing Executive – SEO

Department: Marketing / Digital Marketing

Reports To: Digital Marketing Manager / Marketing Head

Location: Kochi

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive (with SEO) is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. The role involves managing SEO strategies, driving website traffic, improving search engine rankings, and supporting overall digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements (site speed, mobile optimization, indexation).
  • Build high-quality backlinks and monitor link-building activities.
  • Track and improve keyword rankings and organic traffic performance.
  • Monitor competitor SEO performance and market trends.

Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and other channels.
  • Support content creation for blogs, landing pages, social media, and ads.
  • Manage and monitor social media platforms to increase engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators for campaign assets.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track website and campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign ROI and website performance.

Website & Content Management

  • Update website content, banners, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are applied to all digital content.
  • Coordinate with developers for website improvements and technical fixes.

Branding & Online Presence

  • Monitor and enhance brand presence across online platforms.
  • Manage online reviews and respond to customer inquiries when necessary.
  • Assist in developing digital marketing strategies to support brand building and lead generation.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO.
  • Experience with SEO and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Yoast, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
