Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented LiDAR Executive to join our GIS/Geospatial team. The candidate will be responsible for LiDAR data processing, classification, feature extraction, and ensuring accuracy in mapping deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging geospatial projects and grow your career in the LiDAR domain.
Responsibilities
- Process and analyze LiDAR point cloud datasets.
- Perform classification, feature extraction, and editing of LiDAR data.
- Conduct QA/QC checks to ensure project accuracy.
- Work with LiDAR/GIS software for mapping and visualization.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines.
- Maintain documentation and prepare progress reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Geoinformatics, Remote Sensing, Civil, Geography, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in LiDAR data processing (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
- Proficiency in software such as TerraScan, TerraSolid, MicroStation, Global Mapper, ArcGIS, or similar tools.
- Understanding of LiDAR classification, editing, and QA/QC processes.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
- ArcGIS: 1 year (Preferred)
- Remote Sensing: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
