We are looking for a
Senior Java Developer
with strong expertise in backend development and hands-on experience in building scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The ideal candidate should have proven skills in designing and developing APIs, conducting code reviews, and mentoring team members to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable applications using
    Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
    .
  • Develop and integrate
    RESTful APIs
    for seamless system interaction.
  • Perform
    code reviews
    to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA engineers, and DevOps to deliver robust solutions.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and architecture discussions.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a
    Java Developer
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
    .
  • Experience in designing and developing
    RESTful APIs
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    code review practices
    and ensuring high code quality.
  • Strong understanding of
    OOP concepts, design patterns, and clean coding practices
    .
  • Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA.
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of security best practices in API and microservices development.
