Local candidates preferred. However, applicants willing to relocate to Bengaluru and work from our Bengaluru office are welcome to apply. The role requires working from the office 3 to 4 days a week.

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple medium-to-large, complex iRely software implementation projects. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of project delivery, ensuring successful execution across scope, budget, timeline, and quality while driving continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for multiple concurrent implementations following iRelys methodology.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business goals.
  • Develop integrated project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead internal and external resources for seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify process improvements and new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience managing the full software implementation lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Financial acumen in project budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.

Education & Experience:

  • BE/MBA/ME in Project Management, Software, or Information Systems.
  • 10+ years of project management experience in software implementation.
  • Minimum 3 full-cycle product implementations as Project Manager.
  • Experience in Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) or Agri/Soft Commodities/Energy/Metals domain preferred.
  • Experience with SAP ERP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics/D365, or Sage is desirable.
  • PMP / Scrum / Agile certification is an advantage.

Education:

  • BE/MBA/ME in Project Management, Software, Information Systems, or related fields.
