Who are we looking for?
Transformation Consulting Practice is a growing team and looking to expand given significant market demand for the work we do. We work to deliver and manage business transformation projects in Customer Strategy, Growth & Innovation Strategy, Enterprise Digital Strategy & Transformation (B2B and B2C) & Service Excellence. Were looking for a member who would drive the team's initiatives and assist in driving the growth for this team
Process Skills:
- Responsibilities will revolve around: IT Strategy & Planning, IT Organizational Design, Enterprise Architecture, Application Rationalization, IT Cost Optimization & IT Governance Design, IT Service Modeling, Managed Service Modeling
- Ability to assess IT environment (Applications and Infrastructure) and working towards optimizing using extensive transformation levers
- Develop solutions to deliver pertinent answers to our clients', challenges, prepare recommendation reports and analyses, plan and manage projects
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence
- Experience of IT assessment projects and technology know how
- Ability to interpret business objectives, digital strategy and IT requirements to infer opportunities to improve them
