Role Description:

We're looking for a
skilled and proactive Frontend Engineer
to join our growing team and help us build world-class, responsive web applications. If you're passionate about user experience, real-time performance, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment — we'd love to talk.

Responsibilities:

  • Build responsive, high-performance frontend applications using

    and
    TypeScript
    .
  • Implement real-time features and seamless messaging experiences using
    WebSockets /
    .
  • Translate product requirements into scalable, intuitive UI components through close collaboration with design and product teams.
  • Lead by example —
    guide frontend architecture
    , conduct
    code reviews
    ,
    mentor junior developers
    , and foster a strong engineering culture.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end delivery: from development to
    deployment, monitoring, and error tracking
    .
  • Use rapid prototyping and vibe-based coding to deliver fast without compromising on code quality.
  • Contribute to
    project planning and estimation
    , and collaborate cross-functionally to meet release timelines.
  • Apply a strong sense of design and UI aesthetics to ensure polished, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years
    of frontend development experience (preferably in
    SaaS
    or high-scale applications).
  • Deep expertise in

    (Hooks, Context API) and state management tools like
    Redux
    or
    Zustand
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    real-time communication technologies
    (WebSockets, ),
    PWA development
    , and
    responsive UI design
    .
  • Proficiency with modern frontend tooling:
    Webpack/Vite, ESLint, Jest
    , CI/CD pipelines, and deployment via
    AWS (S3, CloudFront)
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    frontend security practices
    (XSS prevention, CSP, CORS) and integrating with
    microservices-based backends
    .
  • Comfortable with
    Git workflows
    and highly adaptable in
    fast-moving startup teams
    .
  • Experience
    leading frontend teams or projects
    , making architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers.
  • Solid
    DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms)
    foundation for writing efficient, scalable UI logic.
