1)Junior Engineer / Trainee (Planning/QS)

Description: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and quantity surveying activities. Responsibilities include preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), tracking project timelines using tools like MS Project, monitoring costs, and assisting in the preparation of project reports.

Key Skills: Proficiency in project management software, strong analytical skills, attention to detail.

2)Site Engineer / Project Coordinator

Description: Oversee on-site project monitoring to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Liaise with stakeholders, study project drawings (architectural, civil, structural, MEP), and ensure safety (EHS) compliance.

Key Skills: Communication, problem-solving, thorough knowledge of construction drawings and site execution processes.

3)Architect (NICMAR Qualified) - Fresher

Description: Work alongside senior architects on design development, approval drawings, and working drawings. Involves understanding and applying local development control (DC) rules and assisting with the liaison process for obtaining project approvals.

Key Skills:knowledge of design software, familiarity with local construction regulations.

Construction Management Engineer

We are looking for fresh and smart NICMAR graduates who want to build their career in construction management. You will work with our project team to plan, monitor, and support daily construction activities at the commercial project.

• Basic understanding of construction and project management.
• Ability to read drawings and BOQs.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and other basic tools.
