  • Sales and lead generation:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Generate leads and build a strong customer pipeline.
  • Client interaction:
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Sales management:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Negotiate contracts and handle customer objections.
  • Reporting and strategy:
  • Monitor competitor sales strategies and market trends.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Collaboration and support:
  • Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend training, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications and skills

  • Proven experience in a sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and self-motivation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
