IncedoPay is a next-generation payments automation platform designed to empower financial institutions (FIs) and businesses with seamless, secure, and intelligent payment capabilities. By integrating modern payment rails, open banking, banking & ERP solutions and industry leading capabilities, we deliver faster, smarter, and more efficient B2B and B2C transactions.

We are looking for a smart professional with an experience in the Banking & Payments domain. Candidate will be a part of the Product Management team for our flagship product- IncedoPay. He/she will work in an agile environment with little supervision. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated person with a passion for problem solving and continuous learning. 
 
Role and Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap

•    Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for IncedoPay.

•    Define product vision, KPIs, and go-to-market strategy in alignment with business goals and industry trends.

•    Drive innovation in AP automation, digital payments, and embedded finance, ensuring a competitive edge.

•    Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify product gaps, differentiators, and new monetization opportunities.

Payments & AP Automation Expertise

•    Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C payment processes

•    Payment Engine workflows- E2E Flow of Payments, Processing Steps involved in Payment Engines for Incoming Flow, Outgoing Flow, Redirect Flow & Book Flows.

•    Lead initiatives to enhance invoice-to-pay automation, supplier onboarding, and reconciliation workflows.

•    Define and implement intelligent payment routing for ACH, virtual cards, RTP, FedNow, wire transfers etc.

•    Strong understanding of Clearing & Settlement, Risks Associated, Concept of Clearing House, Multiple Scenarios in Domestic & Cross-Border Payments, Accounting Entries

•    Stay updated on regulatory compliance (NACHA, PCI-DSS, ISO and ensure the product meets industry standards.

•    SWIFT MT Messages – ISO20022 Migration & FIs' Approach, SWIFT MX Messages - Domestic (US RTP & US FedWire) (Optional)

Product Development & Agile Execution

•    Work closely with engineering, UX, and data science teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and secure payment solutions.

•    Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality releases.

•    Manage and prioritize the product backlog, defining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

•    Conduct user research, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making to improve product adoption and performance.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

•    Collaborate with banks, fintech partners, and enterprise clients to understand their pain points and improve the product experience.

•    Lead discussions for strategic partnerships and support new initiatives.

•    Partner with sales and marketing teams to define product positioning, competitive differentiation, and product strategies.
Market & Competitive Analysis

•    Conduct competitive benchmarking against AP automation and payment routing systems/payment hub solutions.

•    Identify new monetization opportunities, including embedded finance, supplier enablement, and fraud detection capabilities.

•    Research industry trends in AP automation, payment hubs, and treasury management solutions.

•    7 to 10 years of experience in payments transformation, AP automation, or banking technology.

•    Proven track record of managing SaaS-based payment platforms, payment hubs, or AP automation solutions.

•    Deep understanding of invoice processing, supplier/consumer payments and payment networks.

•    Hands-on experience with payment APIs, embedded finance, and open banking solutions.

•    Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks (NACHA, FedNow, PCI-DSS, ISO 20022, OFAC compliance, RTP rules).

•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with banks, fintech's, and enterprise clients.

•    Background in payments product organizations, fintech startups, or financial services companies preferred.

•    Understanding in Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Visio, and wireframing tools.
