Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant who will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to align Oracle SCM solutions with organizational objectives and ensure seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze, design, and implement Oracle SCM modules (Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, iProcurement, etc.).

- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.

- Configure Oracle SCM applications to support business processes and operational goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and IT for end-to-end solution delivery.

- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution.

- Support post-implementation activities and provide training to end-users.

- Work with technical teams to ensure successful data migration and system integration.

- Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and process flows.

- Stay updated on Oracle SCM best practices and recommend process improvements.

Skillsets & Competencies :

- Strong understanding of Oracle SCM modules and related business processes.

- Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and production support.

- Proficiency in requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation.

- Solid grasp of integration touchpoints between SCM and Finance modules.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion SCM preferred.

- Relevant Oracle SCM certification will be an added advantage.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
