Automation Tester

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. The candidate should have strong expertise in automation frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and/or mobile applications.
• Execute and optimize automation test suites for various testing phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create test strategies.
• Work with automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber/BDD, or other relevant tools.
• Perform API automation using Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent tools.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and coordinate with developers for resolution.
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Conduct regression, functional, smoke, and integration testing.
• Prepare detailed test documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in automation testing.
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience with TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber (BDD), or similar tools.
• Strong experience in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, Swagger).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with mobile automation (e.g., Appium).
• Knowledge of cloud testing platforms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
• Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
